A Morning Shower for Better Mood

I feel overwhelmed when I have so many tasks. This will end up in procrastination at the end of the day. This habit also affects my mood.

Bad mood plus procrastination is a combo wombo. My research found that all of this is because I don’t take a morning shower.

When I take a morning shower, my brain works properly and my mood is good.

If you have things to fix in life, you can look at the mirror and reflect on your life.

Morning shower works for me to get my day going. But I don’t think it works for everyone.

You must find it by understanding yourself.
