Why Most of WEB3 Project Are Dead?

There are a lot of WEB3 projects, from hundreds to even hundreds of thousands. Most of them didn’t fail because of the market itself.

They failed because the business idea was only about selling the token and generating revenue.

The product itself is the token, not the technology. This is a problem because people are actually looking for new, meaningful technology.

Projects like Kaito and L2 don’t even need a native token, because the business runs on people actually using and benefiting from the product.

That’s the right way to do it: focus on the product, make it useful. Then the consumers will come, and a real user base will be built.
